    Respected sir,I wants to write few lines for your kind consideration that there should be departmental examination for promotion as in revenue, engineering deptt.conducted by PSC ,so that person with talent may get the chance to elevate to higher rank.Fixed tenure of satisfactory service should be compulsory along with required qualification.This also motivates the teacher to work hard and remain updated.Person with young dynamic mind and fresh legs can effectively monitor the proceedings.As we know sense of competetion boosts the individual to work hard.
